At KidoraFit, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

  • United States: We are proud to offer Standard Insured Shipping on all domestic orders within the USA. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

  • Shipping Cost: * Standard Insured Shipping: $4.99

  • FREE (whether order value is over $50.00)

  • We may occasionally offer shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website. 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak seasons or promotional periods processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Note: You will receive another notification with your tracking details once your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Because we source our premium baby products directly from top-tier global manufacturers to save you middleman costs, our shipping times are split into two parts:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Transit Time (US Domestic): 7–12 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs clearance delays, postal service backlogs, or severe weather conditions and also vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimated but not guaranteed. 

4. Order Tracking Information

Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

  • You can track your order at any time using our dedicated Order Status page by provided tracking ID.

  • Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system. If not get the required tracking number, please contact us within 5 business working day.

5. Incorrect Address & Lost Packages

  • Address Correction: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at support@kidora.fit within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the package has been shipped.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: KidoraFit is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided. However, if your order is officially lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge.
