At KidoraFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your premium baby gear as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from any stains or odors.

It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at support@kidora.fit with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right immediately by sending a free replacement or issuing a full refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: KidoraFit will cover all return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Customer Remorse/Size Changes: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Products that have been used, washed, or altered by the customer.
7. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
